Reduced opening hours

The Brightspace Helpdesk has reduced opening hours during the holiday periods:

Winter holiday 2023

  • Dec. 24 – Jan. 1:        Call center closed. Emails are handled within 48 hours
  • Jan. 2 – 6:                   10:00 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 16:00

Summer holiday 2023

  • July 10 – 28:               10:00 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 16:00
  • July 31 – Aug. 18:      Call center closed. Emails are handled within 48 hours
  • Aug. 21 – 25:               10:00 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 16:00

On all public holidays the Brightspace Helpdesk is closed.
