Support options | How to add the Deadlines Calendar

The Deadlines Calendar is an Outlook calendar where the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) is trying to gather all the important deadlines and academic events relevant to educators. It is intended as an information tool for educators to have all deadlines and needed actions shown in one single place, and to be accessible as it can be overlapped on your own Outlook calendar.

This manual shows step-by-step how to add it to your personal calendar, where you will later be able to hide it or show it when needed and get reminders of the desired deadlines and events.

If you see duplicated events, try deleting the calendar and adding it again following this guide.

This calendar is meant as an information tool, please cross-check with official sources for accuracy.

The Deadlines Calendar has been developed by putting together the information from many teams within ESA and the collaboration of Susan Klinkert from ESG.
